The Osma DeepLine is a 113mm semi-elliptical PVC guttering system manufactured by Wavin. Designed for properties with larger roof areas or in high rainfall regions, DeepLine offers significantly greater water carrying capacity than standard Osma RoundLine while maintaining a compact, low profile appearance. The system uses a 68mm circular downpipe and is available in black and white.
At Gutters.co.uk we stock the complete Osma DeepLine range including gutter lengths, downpipes, brackets, angles, stop ends, outlets, and all fittings for fast UK delivery.

When to Use Osma DeepLine
DeepLine is the right choice when standard RoundLine or SquareLine guttering does not have enough capacity for your roof. Common applications include bungalows with large roof footprints, detached houses with steep or large roof areas, low pitched roofs that collect more rainwater per square metre, properties in high rainfall areas of the UK such as Wales, the Lake District, and western Scotland, extensions where the new roof area increases the load on the existing gutter run, and agricultural buildings or large garages.
If DeepLine still does not provide enough capacity, consider Osma StormLine, Osma SuperLine, or Osma RoofLine which are designed for commercial and industrial applications with even greater flow rates.
Osma DeepLine vs RoundLine
The key difference is capacity. DeepLine carries significantly more water than RoundLine due to its deeper semi-elliptical profile. Despite the extra capacity, DeepLine maintains a compact appearance that does not look oversized on a domestic property. DeepLine uses the same 68mm downpipe as RoundLine, so if you are upgrading from RoundLine to DeepLine you can keep your existing downpipes. The brackets are different however, so all fascia brackets must be replaced when changing profiles.
Osma DeepLine Compatibility
Osma DeepLine is not directly compatible with FloPlast Hi-Cap 115mm or Marshall Tufflex Universal XL 114mm deepflow guttering. Although all three are deepflow profiles, the dimensions and fitting designs differ between brands. If you need to connect Osma DeepLine to a different system, use a gutter adaptor. Osma DeepLine FAQ
How much more water does DeepLine carry than RoundLine? DeepLine has a significantly higher flow rate than RoundLine due to its deeper profile. The exact flow rate depends on the fall and outlet configuration but DeepLine is designed for roof areas that exceed the 163m2 limit of RoundLine.
Can I use RoundLine downpipes with DeepLine guttering? Yes. Osma DeepLine uses the same 68mm circular downpipe as RoundLine, so existing downpipes can be reused if they are in good condition.
How far apart should DeepLine brackets be? Maximum 500mm apart, closer than the 600mm spacing used for RoundLine and SquareLine. This is because DeepLine carries a heavier load of water. Always fit a bracket within 150mm of any fitting.
What colours does Osma DeepLine come in? Black and white. Not all colours available in RoundLine are available in DeepLine.
Can I mix DeepLine with RoundLine on the same property? Yes, but not on the same run. You can use DeepLine on one side of the property where the roof area is larger and RoundLine on the other. Each run must use consistent components from the same system. Use a gutter adaptor if you need to connect the two at a junction.
Is DeepLine suitable for commercial buildings? DeepLine is designed for larger domestic applications. For commercial buildings, warehouses, and industrial units, consider Osma SuperLine or Osma RoofLine which have higher flow capacities designed for large roof areas.
